In filling out this form, please note:
1. Complete one form per quilt. You may enter up to four (4) quilts, plus one (1) Challenge quilt (which will probably be hung outside), as long as it has not been shown in a previous Busy Bee Quilt show. You may register an unfinished quilt to reserve a space. Tell us as soon as you know if it will not be finished, but notify us when it is finished. NO LATER THAN JUNE 7TH Feel free to make additional copies of this form, so please don’t wait until the APRIL 30TH DEADLINE when entries close. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. We MUST have accurate quilt dimensions. The quilt size is used to plan the hanging of the show as well as to place the quilt in the correct category for voting.
3. Sleeves are mandatory for all quilts except Miniatures and Variety (Other). A 4” sleeve may be attached with a quick running stitch or pinned on if you do not want the sleeve to be permanent. If a sleeve is not attached, we will not be able to hang your quilt.
4. Prioritize your quilts. If we need to limit the number of quilts in the show, we will need to know your preferences. In order to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to display a quilt, we would eliminate quilts from those with multiple entries first.
5. Give credit where credit is due. If you were inspired by somebody to make this quilt, used a pattern, made it in a class, etc., please list that information.
6. Please tell us about your quilt. We need information for the label. Please be brief.

Quilt turn-in
will be on Wednesday, June 25th
from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. at The
Bridge Church of Snohomish.
After turn-in the quilts will be sorted and ready to hang
starting Thursday morning.
Special
arrangements for quilt turn in can be made IN ADVANCE, but NOT after
that date. If quilts are not
turned in, they cannot be hung!
Turn in Entry Forms at the February, March or April meetings,
or mail ASAP but NO LATER than APRIL 30th to:
